Welcome to Offline Music Player. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by HorizonHub ("us", "we", or "our").

Offline Music Player is a mobile application that allows users to play music files stored locally on their devices. The Service provides features including but not limited to music playback, playlist management, audio effects, and file organization.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

6. User-Generated Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HorizonHub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HorizonHub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
